The Connections Group was looking to expand their landline texting capabilities to bring them on to the digital forefront of the Internet. With the collective support of CXN, Connections Group was able to finally bridge the gap between SMS and the web.

Designing and architecting a simple yet integratable environment for two technologies to coexist. This will create the capability of 1 to 1 communication in an omni channel environment that will allow businesses to break their traditional marketing methods that are commonly siloed communication channels that are frequently used today.

THE RESULTS

Connections Group offers their self service platform to business but with the partnership of CXN they are able to offer manage services which results in a higher yield return than non managed accounts. This has led to more business and longer customer retention for The Connections Group. Through a very close partnership, The Connections Group was able to expand their capabilities into the enterprise space and beyond.
